Although it is possible "Piper" refers to an actual brand (hopefully you should be able to tell from the rest of your document), it seems likely that Piper is simply the name used to designate a particular style.
See the example of the bags offered by Tiffany & Co. In this case, the brand is Tiffany and each bag has been given a name. They offer Piper Clutch, Charlotte Clutch, Holly Clutch, Vivian Clutch, City Clutch, Morgan Clutch, Lyn Clutch, Savoy Clutch, etc.
