English to Italian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Quality Agreement

Special product and process characteristics, which have to be particularly observed in the inspection planning and test equipment planning, shall be determined in agreement with XXX, taking into account the FMEA findings.
The supplier shall build the required test equipment in its sole responsibility and with consideration of economic and manufacturing aspects.
The supplier shall validate all testing equipment (e.g. gauges, testing devices) in accordance with AIAG MSA manual requirements using the Average Range Method (ARM).
Approved testing equipment must have a Gauge R&R value of less than 10%, if this is not met, a written approval from XXX shall be required.
